SHIPPING INFORMATION
Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide.
Delivery & Shipping Rates:
Orders are shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be
processed the next business day. We will notify you via e-mail if an item is out of stock. Items cannot be placed on backorder.
Orders are sent out upon receipt of payment and you will be notified by e-mail once the order has been shipped.
Delivery times
- Shipments in Spain arrive within 2-3 business days of
shipment.
- Shipments to European countries arrive within 5-10 business
days of shipment.
- Shipments to the rest of the World may take up to 2 weeks
from the shipment date.

Shipping rates are based upon product value ranges & destination and are automatically added to your order:
- Shipping to Spain: according to the prices of Correos

- Shipping to the rest of Europe: according to the prices of

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At SotoKids, quality and customer satisfaction are our number 1 goal! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you
can return unused items, in their original condition, to us within 5 business days (!) of the date of purchase for a full refund less
shipping charges and promotional discounts. We only accept returns or exchanges from purchases done at:
http//: www.sotokids.com
If you are making an exchange, we will ship out the replacement items with no extra charge to you within 24 hours of receiving
original items. Simply ship postage paid the item/s to be exchanged back to us along with the invoice, indicating what you
need. We exchange items free of charge just once, i.e. if you want to change again, we would be glad to do so, only charging you for
shipment.
If any item arrives damaged, is defective, or there has been an error in your order, we will be happy to replace the item and ship
it back to you at no cost, or refund the price of purchase. Returns for credit will be processed within 24 hours of receiving
your unwanted purchase. Refund to the original credit card or bank account used for purchase will be made for cost of goods
only.
All sale items are âfinal saleâ so please choose carefully- as these items can not be returned or exchanged.
